Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal is managed by SCHB Engineering Services Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Suria Capital Holdings Berhad.

BOOKING OR TRIP CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing your ticket at www.jesseltonpoint.com.my. The website is managed SCHB ENGINEERING SDN BHD (The Management and Terminal Operator uses interchangeably). All bookings are NON-CANCELLABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE except if the trip is cancelled by The Management or order from any Malaysian Authorities. The normal trip cancellation is due to weather concern and safety concern. The booking trip cancellation is due to restriction of Movement Control Order.

REFUND PROCESS

All refund should be submitted on our official booking portal at www.jesseltonpoint.com.my within ninety days (90) days from travel date. Please allow The Management to process all the cancellation booking or trip within fourteen (14) days from the submission date. Notification will be sent via email.

MISSING REFUND

If you have not received your refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of submission, please contact our helpdesk at 088-*** or email at refundjp@suriaplc.com.my
